Goal 2 - Capacity Building

Goal 2 (Institutional Capacity Building) focuses on institutional capacity-building activities of direct relevance to the majority of INTOSAI’s members.

The following sub-strategies shall be pursued:

• Promote increased capacity-building activities among INTOSAI members through IDI and related efforts;

• Develop partnerships with international development organizations, consistent with INTOSAI’s independence requirements;

• Advisory and consultant services;

• Promote best practices and quality assurance through voluntary peer reviews.
