Goal 4 - Model International Organization

The Strategic Goal 4 (Model International Organization) is related to the organization and governance of INTOSAI.

The respective strategic objectives include to:

• Promote economical, efficient and effective working practices;
  
  
• Promote timely decision-making ensuring that key decisions have the broad-based support of INTOSAI's membership;
  
  
• Promote effective practices while maintaining due regard for the autonomy of regional working groups, balanced decision-making, financial independence, the nonpolicial character of INTOSAI and the different models and approaches of member SAIs of INTOSAI.
