Search engine assistance
We tested three browsers for you (Microsoft Internet Explorer IE 5.0, 6.0, 7.0 - Netscape 8.1 - Mozilla Firefox 1.5):
Search is restricted to the information that participants have released for search. Only the participants are authorised to release information for search.
Correct spelling is required for a successful search.
Search terms may be entered in either upper or lower case.
Search in Arabic is not possible.
Field "keywords"
Enter keywords.
Button "Start Search"
Click to start your search for the entered keywords.
Button "Reset"
Click to delete query.
Field "Period from"
Insert a date to restrict search to documents last modified after that date.
Field "Period to"
Insert a date to restrict search to documents last modified before that date.
Field "Results/Page"
By default 20 results per page are displayed. The field can be used to customize the number of matches per page.
Field "Sort by"
Search results are automatically sorted by relevance, with the most relevant results listed first. The number of stars on the list indicates relevance; more stars indicate higher relevance. Alternatively, you can sort by title (upwards or downwards), or by date (upwards or downwards).
Field "Connect keywords with"
All search terms are linked automatically by "and". You can change this by selecting "OR" "as in query" to denote that the respective search indicators have been included in the query.

Regional Working Groups: Search all INTOSAI pages and external links of all seven Regional Working Groups
Committees, Working Groups, Task Forces: Search all INTOSAI pages and external links of Committees, Working Groups, and Task Forces

Search Operators
Search strings apply current Internet characters (wildcards, Boolean operators, etc.) If no operator is entered, default operator "and" will be used.
- Example: "Minutes and Seminar"
And: Retrieves documents that contain both search terms. - Example: "Minutes or Seminar"
Or: Retrieves documents that contain either term. - Example: "Minutes Seminar"
Retrieves all documents that contain the exact phrase.
