Les institutions internationales, quelle que soit leur taille, sont principalement financées par les contributions et les fonds publics des pays membres. Comme ces ressources proviennent des budgets nationaux, les institutions supérieures de contrôle (ISC) jouent un rôle crucial en garantissant la bonne gouvernance, la responsabilité fiscale, l'efficacité de la gestion et la transparence.
