For Review: Draft INTOSAI Strategic Plan 2023–2028
The INTOSAI Task Force on Strategic Planning is pleased to present the second exposure draft of the INTOSAI Strategic Plan 2023–2028 for comment through 9 September 2022.
The Task Force created a streamlined and concise strategic plan with the intent of making the plan more accessible and useful to INTOSAI members and external stakeholders.
The INTOSAI Strategic Plan outlines INTOSAI’s mission, vision, values, organizational priorities, and strategic goals for the period from 2023 to 2028. The strategies and activities for achieving the goal objectives can now be found in the Operational Planning Dashboard. The Operational Planning Dashboard will be developed by the Goal Chairs, in consultation with various INTOSAI bodies, and can be updated each year to adapt to changing circumstances. The corresponding template was designed for the use of all Goal Chairs.
The Task Force appreciates the constructive comments received from the INTOSAI member SAIs in April 2022 on the draft text of the Strategic Plan. INTOSAI’s members are now invited to to review the revised Strategic Plan in their preferred language and share their feedback with the Task Force via email: intosaisp@gao.gov
Following your review, the Task Force will make changes as appropriate and present it for approval at INCOSAI in November 2022.
Please do not hesitate to contact intosaisp@gao.gov with any questions.
