Accelerated Peer-Support Partnership (PAP-APP) Programme

INTOSAI Development Initiative (IDI) is commissioning two separate evaluations of the Accelerated Peer-Support Partnership (PAP-APP) Phase 2: 2020–2024 (PAP-APP Phase 2) programme and the Bilateral Support to SAI Madagascar 2020–2025.

Terms of Reference for both evaluations are enclosed. You are requested to send your technical and financial bids for both evaluations by 22 August 2023, 17:00 hours Oslo time.

While separate bids are being called for the two evaluations, the selection of the bidder will be done based on the combined scores obtained for both evaluations. Accordingly, both evaluations will be offered to the same bidder.
